We have received several requests for the PowerPoint presentations from the NCABL/Old North State Medical Society Joint Annual Conference, and we are pleased to share them with you. The available presentations are attached to this email for your reference.

Thank you again to our presenters for sharing their time, expertise, and materials with us.

CLE Credit Information

The CLE Attendee List has been submitted to the North Carolina State Bar for North Carolina-licensed attorneys who attended the CLE sessions.

If I inadvertently missed your name when submitting the attendee list, please email me at info@ncabl.org so that I can make sure your attendance is properly reported.

We also had several attendees who are licensed outside of North Carolina. If you need a certificate of attendance, course materials, attendance verification, or other documentation to submit to your licensing jurisdiction for CLE credit, please email us at info@ncabl.org, and we will be happy to provide the necessary documentation.

One Important Save the Date: NCABL General Body Meeting & Elections

Before we completely close the book on this year’s conference, we want to remind our members to mark their calendars for our next NCABL General Body Meeting and Elections:

Saturday, January 16, 2027
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Moot Courtroom
North Carolina Central University School of Law

All officer positions are open, and we are accepting nominations now. Members are encouraged to nominate themselves or another NCABL member for office.

Please submit nominations to info@ncabl.org and include the nominee’s full name, headshot, brief biography, and a brief statement explaining why the nominee would like to serve as an NCABL officer.

If you have thought about becoming more involved with NCABL, we hope you will consider stepping forward to serve. We want a strong slate of members who are ready to bring their ideas, energy, and leadership to the organization.

Thank you again for making this year’s conference such a success. We hope the attached presentations will be useful resources in your practice, and we look forward to continuing the work together.
